Yes, you can book a taxi up to 90 days in advance through our website or by calling our service at (804) 888-2423.
We operate 24/7, with drivers available around the clock. However, we may have limited driver availability from 9 PM to 6 AM EST and would recommend to book in advance for these hours.
We currently do not have any wheelchair accessible vehicles. An NEMT service would be better suited for these needs.
Yes, you can request between a sedan or an XL car (6 passengers). Please note that specific vehicle type requests are subject to availability. If you have a vehicle type request, please mention it in the booking form under additional notes.
Flat Rates & Pricing
From RIC to Charlottesville $199 to $243 depending on the final dropoff address. RIC to Williamsburg: $138 - $150.
Yes, we require your ride to be 50 miles and above to qualify for flat rates.
No. We cannot offer flat rates for local rides as we are required by local regulations to keep the meter running during a ride.
No surge pricing—our flat rates are fixed. Before we quote you long distance flat rates, we analyze various ride factors such as time of pickup, toll charges if applicable, number of passengers, weather conditions etc. Once we quote you a price it is final. No surge - no change.

Payment Options
We accept cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and digital wallets like Cash App. Our payment processor is Square, Inc.

Yes, you can prepay a taxi ride for your friends & family. Payments can be made via a secure Square payment portal.
Airport Pickups & Dropoffs
We track your flight and our driver will contact you via text/call with information on his vehicle details such as make, color etc for easy identification. You too can be in touch with your driver and call him/her directly. No app needed.
If your flight is delayed we advise you to immediately inform our dispatch. Rescheduling is not guaranteed especially on late night bookings.
No. Drivers are not allowed to leave their vehicles unattended at the airport or enter the terminal building to meet passengers.
Safety & Reliability
All drivers pass background checks and are vetted. Vehicles are inspected monthly.
Yes. Most of our drivers have been driving professionally for 5+ years. They have in-depth knowledge of roads, routes, detours, traffic conditions and fastest routes.

Lost items (if found) are held for 15 days after which they will be discarded. If we have your lost item, you will be required to come to our central office to pick it up. If you wish us to deliver your item, there will be a charge based on mileage from our office to your location.
Special Requests
Yes. But, please request in advance as we have limited availability. Child car seats are not guaranteed.
Service animals are allowed and travel free with the paying customer. We reserve the right to deny other pets in our vehicles. Please call in advance to confirm.
No. We are not a NEMT company. If you need a wheelchair accessible vehicle you should contact an NEMT service provider.
