RichmondAirportTaxi.com provides an online platform to facilitate the booking of taxi services to and from Richmond International Airport (RIC) and other locations within and around the greater Richmond, Virginia metropolitan area. Our services include:
All services are subject to vehicle availability and operational capacity. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason at our discretion.
2.1. Instant Fare Calculator
Our website features an instant fare calculator designed to provide an estimated cost for your ride.
For rides exceeding 60 miles from the pickup point, Richmond Airport Taxi offers flat rates.
Users acknowledge and agree that the following may incur additional charges not always reflected in initial estimates:
➔ Cancelations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled departure time are eligible for a 50% refund.
➔ Cancelations made less than 24 hours prior to departure are non-refundable. All sales are final in such cases.
➔ No-shows by passengers will be issued no refunds. Driver will wait a maximum of 15 minutes after texting you that he has arrived. After this period, if the passenger does not show up, it is considered a no-show.
➔ If your flight has been delayed or canceled, please let us know at the earliest. We may, at our discretion, and subject to driver availability, try to reschedule your ride. However, this is not guaranteed. If we do reschedule your ride, you may be charged a $25 rescheduling fee.
➔ If you have arrived at the airport and are delayed with baggage claim or other circumstances, it is important you call the driver and let them know. Drivers at RIC airport will wait a maximum of 15 minutes before considering your ride a no-show. If you ask the driver to wait longer than 15 minutes, your fare will change due to waiting time & the driver will charge you for the extra waiting time.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our Service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of richmondairporttaxi.com and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of richmondairporttaxi.com
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us.We are not liable for any damages or losses you may incur by using these 3rd party links or their services. Your fair and diligent discretion is advised.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Richmondairporttaxi.com and our partners Henrico Taxi & Henrico Express Cab, and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, owners and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.
In no event shall Richmondairporttaxi.com, nor its directors, owners, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
